Information regarding processing of data under Article 13
of the privacy code

Purposes and methods of treatment
The databases are formed for purposes of:

1) fulfilling obligations administrative / accounting, customer management and suppliers;

2) customer service, marketing, advertising and promotional activities through sending advertising materials, business information and newsletter
conducted by mail, e-mail or fax.

The disclosure of information is mandatory only for the performance of
purpose referred to in paragraph 1), the absence of any other communication
required information may lead to the person concerned is impossible to enjoy all or part of the service offered.

The categories of stakeholders to which the data are: Customers and
Users, suppliers, employees and potential customers.

Personal data is collected directly from the ENVIRONMENT Srl or purchased by traders ensuring the establishment of banks data for marketing purposes or obtained from records, registers and lists public.

The data collected are treated primarily with electronic instruments and
and information is stored on storage media or paper, in compliance with the minimum security measures under the Technical Specification (Annex B) of the Code.

The data collected will be shared with specially Consultants entrusted by the owner of treatment, but only for purposes described above.

Consent

Articles. 23 and 130 of the new Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

The recipients, who did not want to continue receiving messages
Promotional from THE ENVIRONMENT Srl, may exercise the right to
opposition demanding the cancellation of their information by sending
mail to info@lambiente.it laying into the floor and CANCELLATION
text data to be erased. A reply message will confirm
the acceptance of the request for removal and subsequent cancellation of
data (not retain any copies or track).
